Administrative Assistant

This position works out of our UAE location in the Abbott Rapid Diagnostics – Infectious Diseases, this is for a fixed term contract for 1 year (on a renewable basis)

The role of the Administrative Support – EMEA will be critical to our strategic revenue growth. The support on the admin side of the business is integral to support key team members. The collection of precise analysis and timely reporting of business trends, dynamics, etc. will provide regional management the ability to make quick and smart decisions and to gain the advantage in a rapidly crowded competitive marketplace. He/she will provide support and analysis to different functions spanning form sales, Come Ex, marker access and Global Accounts.

What You’ll Do-

• Responsibilities span a number of topics, including: Expenses Management, Administrative support, CRM applications, Sales pipeline completion, market & competitive intelligence, and others.
• Help the sales admins in event organizations
• Tickets reservations
• Tender website monitor – inform the sales manager/country manager with accessible tender (EEMENA)
• Dubai office expenses POs & billing follow up
• Coordinate the regional implementation of Commercial Execution initiatives closely with commercial organization
• Contribute to sales and marketing tactics implementation.
• Monitor KPIs and performance management process, assess regional performance, identify performance gaps and drivers, develop remediation / action plans and deploy resources as needed
• Support in improving quality data of SFDC.

Required Qualifications-

• 1-2 years of work experience in Admin/business support roles
• Experience in performance tracking and marketing analytics, CRM is a plus
• Business basic understanding is a plus
• Good communication and presentation skills
• Ability to professionally use Microsoft Excel , word and power point
• Must be a UAE National (mandatory)
• Must be fluent in English. Other languages are a plus.
