We are looking for a dynamic and results-oriented Sales Manager to join our team. In this role, you will spearhead efforts to develop and manage a portfolio of direct brand advertisers and boutique agencies, driving programmatic and digital ad sales. Your expertise will be instrumental in identifying new business opportunities, building client relationships, and delivering tailored digital advertising solutions.

As a Sales Manager, you will stay at the forefront of industry trends, leveraging your knowledge of programmatic platforms and digital media buying strategies to meet and exceed revenue targets.

Role Requirements

• Develop and manage a portfolio of direct brand advertisers and boutique agencies, driving programmatic and digital ad sales.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities, pitching tailored digital advertising solutions.
• Build strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and offering data-driven recommendations.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth campaign execution and optimization.
• Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitive landscapes to position our solutions effectively.
• Achieve and exceed sales targets through strategic account management and pipeline development.

Required Technical Skills

• 3+ years of experience in digital advertising sales, programmatic media, or ad tech.
• Strong knowledge of programmatic platforms (DSPs, SSPs, Ad Exchanges) and digital media buying strategies.
• Proven track record of closing deals and exceeding revenue targets.
• Excellent negotiation, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
• Experience working with direct clients and boutique agencies is a plus.
• Ability to analyze campaign performance and optimize for better results.
