About The Role
Responsible for maximising promotion of Wiley digital content to existing and New academic, government research institutions, primarily through the libraries, in the territory. The role will cover the territory of CIS and Russian speaking countries Work with your manager, sales colleagues and colleagues in marketing, sales support, customer success, customer service and editorial to deliver on shared objectives and to ensure customer satisfaction. Develop ongoing relations with existing customers including consortia as a basis for promoting new products and renewing subscription sales, as well as building relationships. Maintain daily contact with customers and utilise face to face visits as needed. Represent all relevant products to customers and present pricing and licensing terms as agreed by your manager as appropriate. Collect and share customer feedback on Wiley’s offerings, competitor activity and market trends.
