Job Purpose:

You will be responsible for preparing and serving a variety of coffee drinks to our customers. You will also be expected to maintain a clean and well-stocked workspace and customer area, provide excellent customer service, and work well under pressure.

Job Responsibilities:

• Prepare and serve coffee and tea drinks that meet quality standards
• Properly handle and maintain all equipment
• Ensuring that agreed food hygiene, licensing and safety standards are followed, upheld or surpassed, at all times
• Liaising with managers, waiters and runners to ensure smooth operations
• Cleaning glasses, utensils, bar and bar equipment.
• Re-stocking bar related supplies such as napkins, glasses, ice, straws, food products and condiments.
• Correctly dating and storing food, sanitizing equipment and taking other measures to ensure integrity and quality of food products.

Job Requirements:

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• 2-3 years of experience in a similar role
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Dedication to customer satisfaction and service excellence
