Responsibilities

We are looking for experienced and highly-skilled baristas to join our amazing restaurant teams and show-case their talents. Some of the key responsibilities include:

• Prepare non-alcohol beverages for bar and restaurant patrons
• Interact with customers, take orders and serve snacks and drinks
• Assess customers’ needs and preferences and make recommendations
• Mix ingredients to prepare mocktails
• Plan and present bar menu
• Check customers’ identification and confirm it meets legal drinking age
• Restock and replenish bar inventory and supplies
• Stay guest focused and nurture an excellent guest experience
• Comply with all food and beverage regulations

To be considered for this role you will need to have strong communication skills and have experience of at least 2 years working as a bar tender in a busy establishment.
