Prepares the float for the department
Meet, greet and bid farewell to guest according to standards
Open and close the cash bill
Enter all data correctly in the Symphony
Ensure that all transactions are correct
Ensures best practice and continuously seeks to improve existing standards and procedures and communicates the same to the managers
Ensures financial performance of operation by diligently controlling all finance accounts related documents, verifies correctness of invoices and guest checks
Keep work place tidy and clean at all times, maintains personal hygiene
Actively take part in food and beverage support requirement
Adhere and follow standards in accordance with Four Seasons policies.
What You Will Bring
1-2 years of previous experience in the similar
Strong interpersonal skills and organizational skills
Strong administrative abilities, knowledge of different F&B and Hotel software is an advantage
Attention to the details and strong communication skills
