As a Housekeeping Supervisor at Delano Dubai, you will play a vital role in maintaining our luxurious standards and ensuring an impeccable guest experience. You will lead and motivate a dedicated housekeeping team, overseeing daily operations and ensuring that our rooms and public areas reflect the sophisticated elegance that Delano is known for.

Key Responsibilities

Team Leadership: Supervise and coordinate the daily activities of the housekeeping team, providing guidance and support to ensure high standards of cleanliness and service.
Quality Assurance: Conduct regular inspections of guest rooms, corridors, and public areas to ensure compliance with Delano’s quality standards and attention to detail.
Training & Development: Mentor and train new and existing team members on best practices, safety procedures, and exceptional service standards.
Inventory Management: Monitor and manage inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment, ensuring all necessary items are stocked and properly maintained.
Guest Interaction: Address guest inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally, ensuring their needs are met and enhancing their overall experience.
Health & Safety Compliance: Ensure all housekeeping operations comply with health and safety regulations, maintaining a safe and hygienic environment for both guests and staff.

Qualifications

• Luxury Experience: You have a proven track record in a luxury hospitality environment, showcasing your ability to deliver sophisticated and discreet service that exceeds guest expectations.
