What You’ll Be Doing
- Greet students, parents, and visitors in a friendly and professional manner.
- Answer phone calls, respond to inquiries, and route calls to the appropriate staff members.
- Maintain an organized and welcoming front office environment.
- Check in visitors, ensuring they sign in and are issued visitor badges in accordance with school safety policies.
- Manage student attendance records, track late arrivals, and coordinate early dismissals.
- Distribute messages, mail, and packages to appropriate staff members.
- Assist with scheduling parent-teacher meetings, appointments, and events.
- Ensure that all school communication is relayed accurately and in a timely manner.
- Handle routine inquiries regarding school policies, events, and general information.
- Provide administrative support to staff, including photocopying, filing, and preparing documents.
- Monitor and assist with student drop-off and pick-up procedures.
- Ensure adherence to the school’s safety protocols and maintain a secure front office area.
