About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Russian-speaking Sales Executive to join our dynamic team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will have 4-5 years of experience in sales, preferably within the telecommunications or electronics sectors. The Sales Executive will be responsible for driving sales, building strong customer relationships, and contributing to the overall growth of our business in the region.

What You Will Do

• Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve sales targets and expand our customer base.
• Identify and engage potential customers, providing them with detailed information about our products and services.
• Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships to ensure repeat business and customer satisfaction.
• Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and stay updated on industry trends.
• Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and product demonstrations to clients.
• Negotiate and close sales deals, ensuring profitable growth for the company.
• Collaborate with the sales team to develop and execute marketing and promotional activities.
• Provide regular sales reports and forecasts to management.

Who You Are

• Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, or a related field.
• 4-5 years of sales experience, preferably in the telecommunications or electronics sectors.
• Fluent in Russian and English, both written and spoken.
• Proven record of accomplishment of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
• Effective communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
