Sales Manager Full Time

Key aspects of the role include:

• Achieving growth and hitting sales targets.
• Developing and executing a strategic sales plan.
• Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs.
• Identify emerging markets and market shifts while being fully aware of new products and competition status.
• Present sales and realistic forecasts to the management team.

To be successful you will need to meet the following:

• Minimum 5 years of sales/business development experience within the Trading/Financial Services/Fintech industry.
• Must have a proven track of track record of client acquisition and revenue generation.
• Must have experience within the MEA region.
• Experience in liquidity in FX and/or Equity products.
• Strong understanding of global and regional financial regulations, compliance standards, and risk management protocols within the MEA region.
