Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute a sales strategy to secure group bookings and achieve revenue targets.
• Identify, target, and convert new business opportunities while maintaining relationships with existing clients.
• Manage inquiries, proposals, contracts, and negotiations for group bookings.
• Work closely with the Revenue, Events, and Operations teams to ensure seamless event execution.
• Conduct sales calls, site inspections, and client meetings to promote the hotel’s group offerings.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and customer preferences to adjust sales strategies.
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities, bookings, and forecasts using the CRM system.

Qualifications

Requirements & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Hospitality, or a related field (preferred).
• Minimum 3-5 years of experience in group sales, preferably within the hospitality industry.
• Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills.
• Excellent understanding of revenue management and group booking dynamics.
• Proficiency in hotel sales.
• Ability to work under pressure, meet sales targets, and adapt to a fast-paced environment.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities with a results-driven mindset.
